I check the current network, fix coverage gaps and separate guest access from business devices. I can also assess a backup connection.

Ongoing network support

Have someone look after it.

I maintain the network, check equipment and help resolve connection problems. Event-day attendance can be booked separately.

    I check the site requirements and send a quote for equipment, setup and support.

  3. Set up, test and support.

    I get the agreed setup ready. Monthly care or event-day support is included when booked.

Common questions

Before you book.

Can you work with our existing internet?

Yes. I can improve Wi-Fi coverage, separate guest and staff access, assess a backup connection and maintain the existing network.

Do you use Starlink, cellular or both?

It depends on the site. Starlink needs a clear sky view; cellular needs suitable coverage. I check the connection, service plan and capacity before choosing the equipment.

Can you work without a nearby power outlet?

Yes. A portable power station, such as a Jackery, can run the network equipment. Battery capacity is sized for the equipment and event length. Power for sound, lighting or other event equipment is a separate job.

Can you support payments, check-in and livestreaming?

I can set up connectivity for payment and check-in devices. Livestreaming needs a separate capacity check. Payment-provider support and full audio/video production stay with the relevant vendors.

What does it cost?

I quote based on the location, equipment, device count and support needed. Event setup is priced per job; monthly network support has an agreed scope and fee. No paid work begins before you approve the price.
