Bring the event plan to the walkthrough
The same grounds can require a different network when registration moves, vendor rows expand or a stream is added. Share a floor plan and schedule where available. The assessment distinguishes essential business traffic from optional guest use and identifies which areas need further testing.
Understand what a site check can establish
A test records conditions at the time and location measured. It does not guarantee performance under a future crowd or predict every cellular or provider condition. The quote states the survey method and deliverables; specialist RF design or a formal engineering report is not implied by a general connectivity assessment.

Is a site survey free?
Paid assessment or site work is scoped and priced before it begins. An initial discussion establishes whether a visit is needed.
Will I receive a heat map?
Only if that deliverable and the required survey tools are expressly included. A standard walkthrough is not sold as a formal RF engineering survey.
Where do you provide venue support?
Coastal Growth Co. is based in Laguna Hills. Venue work across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, the Inland Empire, Temecula, Palm Springs and Ventura County is available by arrangement. Travel, site access and the exact date are confirmed in your quote.
