Can a hotspot be enough?
Sometimes. A small, noncritical task may work on a tested cellular connection. Reception at an empty venue does not establish performance during the wedding, and a personal phone adds battery, heat and availability concerns. Compare that option with a dedicated setup before relying on it for an unrepeatable ceremony.
