Booked attendance
Provide on-site help for the covered connectivity within the confirmed location and hours.
Escalation and closeout
Track unresolved faults, coordinate provider handoffs and complete the equipment or venue handover.
Name the boundary between network and production
A working connection supports other vendors, but it does not make the network technician responsible for payment software, registration databases, cameras or an entire livestream production. The support plan lists those boundaries and the contact for each system. Application and AV vendors retain their own responsibilities.
Book the hours that match the event
Load-in, rehearsal, doors opening and teardown can happen at different times. Your quote states which windows are covered and how an extension is requested and charged. A booking does not imply unlimited attendance or a second technician at another site. Availability is confirmed for the exact date and schedule.

Before you book
Questions about on-site event internet support.
Is on-site support included with equipment setup?
Only when it is listed in the quote. Setup-only, remote support and on-site attendance are different scopes.
Can you fix our livestream if it stops?
I can troubleshoot the covered network connection. Encoding, camera, audio and platform issues remain with the production provider unless separately agreed.
Where do you provide venue support?
Coastal Growth Co. is based in Laguna Hills. Venue work across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, the Inland Empire, Temecula, Palm Springs and Ventura County is available by arrangement. Travel, site access and the exact date are confirmed in your quote.
