Before I start
When does paid work begin?
We can talk through what you need before deciding whether to work together. I set out the scope and price for any paid investigation, site visit, or implementation, and start once you have agreed to it.
How is a project priced?
I prepare a quote around the work involved, your systems, and the timing. It sets out the deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and any hardware or software costs. If the scope changes, I agree the change before additional work.
What does ongoing support include?
Coverage is agreed for your business. The proposal identifies the users, devices, systems, maintenance, support availability, response expectations, and recurring charges included. Project work and third-party subscriptions are listed separately where applicable.
Do I have to sign up for monthly support?
No. You can start with a single project. Any ongoing arrangement has its own scope, price, term, and cancellation details for you to review.
