I am based in Laguna Hills and serve all of Orange County, with a focus on South OC. On-site work in Los Angeles and other nearby areas is available by arrangement. Remote support is also available.

Pricing depends on the work, team size, systems, and support coverage. I agree a scope and price before paid investigation or implementation, and list hardware, software, and ongoing support costs separately.

A one-time project does not require an ongoing support plan. For ongoing work, the coverage, price, term, and cancellation arrangements are set out before you agree.

Yes. I support Windows, macOS, and Linux (including Ubuntu) on both desktops and servers, along with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, common business software, networks, and mobile devices.

Yes. I recommend computers and equipment for your needs, confirm the cost with you, then handle purchasing, setup, and checks.

Yes. I review your space and requirements, plan access-point placement, and check coverage after installation. The scope can include offices, warehouses, patios, and other areas you need to connect.

Yes. I install and configure business security camera systems with remote viewing on your phone, proper recording and storage, and integration with door access where needed.

I plan backups, retention, and recovery checks around the data and systems your business uses. Firewalls and endpoint protection can also be part of the agreed work to reduce security risks.

Yes. I can plan and carry out an email or file migration. I agree the scope, backups, cutover timing, expected interruptions, and checks before making changes.

I can review domain authentication, account configuration, and sending practices. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are part of that work; inbox placement also depends on the message and the receiving provider.

I can help you use AI for tasks such as drafting, summarizing, and preparing follow-ups. We choose a task, review the tool’s access and data handling, and check its output before relying on it.
