We start with a specific interruption: an unreliable check-in device, confusing teacher access or a connection that drops in one room. The proposed work follows that problem.
Keep the setup understandable
We document the equipment and business-owned accounts, then agree who can change settings and how new teachers get access. A small studio should have a process its staff can use.
Rehearse a real class setup
After a change, staff check the relevant routine before class. If you offer online classes, we can include the camera, microphone and connection in a separate scoped test.
