Reception and checkout
Connect supported terminals, receipt devices and front-desk computers, with a test procedure agreed with the payment provider.
Roles and handover
Configure supported staff permissions and show the team the everyday appointment and checkout steps.
Resolve the shared-desk questions early
A shared reception desk needs clear answers about who owns each appointment, which business receives payment and which staff can change a booking. These decisions are especially important when independent providers share a location. You and your payment provider confirm the business arrangement before any configuration.
Test a realistic service visit
The rehearsal follows an appointment from booking to arrival, a permitted service change and checkout. It checks the receipt destination and the access staff need. Tip handling, deposits, refunds and reporting depend on the chosen software and your approved policies. The project does not provide accounting advice or guarantee payment-provider approval.
Cameras & smart devices
I can set up entrance or reception cameras, recording and phone access. Compatible smart lighting, speakers and sensors can be included in the installation quote.

Can independent stylists keep separate accounts?
We can review how your chosen platform supports separate businesses or providers. Account ownership and payment routing must be confirmed with the vendor.
Will you configure deposits or cancellation rules?
Yes, when supported, using policies you approve. You retain responsibility for the terms and how staff apply them.
Where do you provide opening-day setup?
Coastal Growth Co. is based in Laguna Hills and serves Orange County. Work in Los Angeles and nearby areas is available by arrangement. Share your location and target date to confirm travel and availability.
