Use the platform’s built-in features first
Your selected software may already offer confirmations, deposits, reminders and staff permissions. We review those capabilities before suggesting another tool. The quote names the configuration work and any integration that must be evaluated separately. Having two tools with an integration listing does not guarantee they support your exact workflow.
Test both the standard booking and an exception
A successful booking is only part of the rehearsal. We also check an appropriate exception, such as rescheduling or an unavailable appointment, and confirm staff know how to respond. Payment-provider approval, business banking and policy decisions remain with you and the relevant provider. No test should create an unexplained live charge.

Do I need custom software?
Often the first step is configuring the tools you already pay for. Custom work is only proposed if a specific requirement remains unmet.
Can AI answer customer questions too?
That can be a separate scope after the booking process is stable. Approved information, clear human handoffs and ongoing maintenance need to be defined first.
Where do you provide opening-day setup?
