Instructor and front-desk access
Set up supported staff permissions and shared-device sign-in so instructors can see what they need without relying on the owner’s login.
Studio Wi-Fi and device tests
Check connectivity at reception and the teaching areas, including check-in tablets and any network-dependent music equipment.
Rehearse the first visit
Start on a customer’s phone, find the introductory session and complete a permitted test booking. Check the studio address, arrival instructions and confirmation. At reception, confirm that the reservation appears in the expected place and that staff can handle a cancellation or a client booked into the wrong session. You approve the policies and wording; the project configures and tests them.
Prepare for instructors sharing the space
An instructor teaching one class may need different access from the person managing memberships. We map those roles before sharing logins. The handover covers opening the front-desk device, finding the roster and knowing who handles platform problems. Door access hardware, sound-system installation and custom membership migrations require separate review.
Studio cameras & smart devices
I can also set up cameras at reception or entrances, plus compatible smart lighting, speakers and sensors. Camera placement, recording access and device controls are chosen with you before installation.

Do you choose the studio booking software?
I can help compare your requirements against a shortlist. You approve the platform and subscription. Configuration depends on the features available in that plan.
Can you transfer existing memberships?
A transfer needs a separate review of the source data, destination tools and vendor support. Payment details and membership balances should not be assumed transferable.
Where do you provide opening-day setup?
Coastal Growth Co. is based in Laguna Hills and serves Orange County. Work in Los Angeles and nearby areas is available by arrangement. Share your location and target date to confirm travel and availability.
