Role-based access
Configure supported shared mailboxes, groups or folders according to an owner-approved access list.
Sign-in and recovery
Help staff complete the sign-in and multifactor setup, with recovery ownership documented for the business.
Decide who owns the address after a staff change
An address used for general enquiries should not disappear when a single employee leaves. The setup can use supported shared resources so responsibility can be reassigned. Exact features depend on the selected platform and subscription. Licenses are reviewed against actual roles rather than purchased identically by default.
Keep migrations separate from a fresh setup
Existing mail, calendars and files may require export access, a transfer tool and a change window. We assess those dependencies before promising a migration date. The handover records who controls the domain and administration, without placing passwords in an ordinary email or public document. Staff training focuses on the tasks included in the project.

Will everyone need a paid license?
Licensing depends on the platform and each user’s requirements. The proposed license list is reviewed with you before purchase.
