Business accounts
Set up approved Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace users and supported access to shared resources.
First-day handover
Test sign-in and core work tasks with a nominated staff member and provide practical operating notes.
Start with roles and daily tasks
The setup list should describe what each person must do: access a shared folder, receive business email, join a call or print a document. That list drives device configuration and account permissions. It is more useful than purchasing the same equipment for every desk without checking the work.
Separate installation from migration
Moving existing email, files or business applications can add dependencies and downtime risk. Those transfers require an inventory, ownership checks and a separate migration plan. A new-office setup quote states whether migration is included, who retains backups and when old systems can be retired. Specialist application configuration stays with the vendor unless agreed otherwise.
Office cameras & smart devices
I can set up entrance cameras, recording and remote viewing, plus compatible smart lighting and sensors. I’ll check how they connect to the office network and show you how to manage access.

Can staff use existing computers?
Yes, if they meet the requirements of your software and agreed security setup. We review their condition before recommending replacements.
Is ongoing support required?
No. You can book a setup project only. Any ongoing service has a separate scope, support window and price.
Where do you provide opening-day setup?
Coastal Growth Co. is based in Laguna Hills and serves Orange County. Work in Los Angeles and nearby areas is available by arrangement. Share your location and target date to confirm travel and availability.
