What changes the amount of work
A single reception device is a different scope from several checkout stations. Existing account access can make setup straightforward; missing ownership or a data migration adds investigation. New cable routes, multiple floors, custom integrations and vendor coordination can also change the work. These details are reviewed before a project price is offered. Camera count, recording storage and the number of smart devices also affect the quote. Mounting, cabling and any specialist contractor work are identified separately.
Compare quotes against the same finish line
Ask whether the quote includes installation, configuration, customer-journey testing, staff handover and a record of open issues. Check who buys and owns the equipment and who pays ongoing subscriptions. A low equipment price is not a complete setup price. Send your requirements for a quote that lists the work and price.

How much does Wi-Fi and POS setup cost for a small café?
There is no single price that fits every café. The quote depends on the existing network, number of checkout stations, printer connections, coverage area and installation work. Send the address, opening date and equipment list for a scoped quote.
What should I send to get a setup quote?
Send your location, opening date, internet installation status, POS or booking platform, device models and a simple floor plan if available. Mention equipment you already own and whether you want help after opening.
Can I pay for a project without monthly support?
Yes. Opening-day setup can be a standalone project. Any ongoing support is separately agreed.
Is the first site visit included?
The quote or initial agreement states whether a site visit is needed and what it costs. Scope and price are agreed before paid investigation or site work begins.
