Reception readiness
Configure the reception device, printer if required, and network access for the applications staff use.
Teacher handover
Show teachers how to find their rosters, use permitted staff functions and escalate booking issues without sharing owner credentials.
Treat workshops as their own booking and checkout process
A one-off workshop may have a different room, arrival time, capacity and cancellation policy from a weekly class. We test those details separately rather than assuming the regular schedule covers them. The owner supplies the policies and instructor information; configuration and testing follow the approved version.
Keep shared-space responsibilities clear
If instructors or facilitators rent the studio, clarify who takes bookings, who receives customer messages and who handles refunds. The technology should reflect that agreement. This project can document the handoff and configure supported permissions. Rental agreements, access-control installation and legal policy writing are outside the standard setup.
Cameras, lighting & speakers
I can add entrance or reception cameras and connect compatible smart lighting, speakers and sensors. I show your team how to use the controls and keep the accounts under your ownership.

Can you set up a workshop registration page?
Yes, within the capabilities of your selected booking or website platform. A custom event application would be quoted separately.
Do you install sound systems?
Network connections for equipment can be reviewed. Audio design, speaker installation and music licensing are separate responsibilities.
Where do you provide opening-day setup?
Coastal Growth Co. is based in Laguna Hills and serves Orange County. Work in Los Angeles and nearby areas is available by arrangement. Share your location and target date to confirm travel and availability.
