It's all you can eat
Two boards. Factory Selection at $49.99, or Factory Premium at $69.99 for the A5 Japanese, M9 Australian, and Masami Ranch American wagyu. Member prices run a few dollars under each.

Order in rounds
Send six cuts at a time, then send six more a few minutes later. The grill is in your table and the board keeps coming as fast as you can grill it.

Watch the last call
The kitchen stops taking orders before close: 9:30pm Sunday through Thursday, 10:30pm Friday and Saturday. Come with time to enjoy a few rounds.

Beyond the beef
Sashimi, handrolls, stone-pot beef, vegetables, salads, kimchi, and endless soda round out the meal. There's a green tea ice cream to finish.

Weekends fill up
It's a 4.9-star room with a steady line on Friday and Saturday nights. Come early or come on a weekday for the easiest seat.
