Totoya
Sushi bar craft and small-plate energy, under two red fish.
The Spread
Order a little of everything.
Totoya is a sushi bar that eats like a tapas table. Small plates first, rolls down the middle, everyone reaching across.
- 01
Start with tapas
Fried jalapeno with spicy ahi. Crispy rice. Calamari. The small plates come out first and they come out to share.
- 02
Order rolls down the plate
The Totoya roll with no rice. The Aburi Hamachi. The Marbella. Laid out in a row so the table can reach across.
- 03
Sit at the bar if you can
Regulars say the chef and staff service at the sushi bar is the best seat in the house. Reservations recommended on weekends.

The Signature Six
Six plates to start with.
The ones regulars name first. Order a few, pass them around.
Totoya Roll
The namesake. No rice, just fish around fish. Reviewers say it melts. The roll the whole place is named for.
Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice
Warm crisped rice cakes under spicy tuna and a thin garlic chip. A tapas-bar favorite, ordered in a row down the plate.
Aburi Hamachi
Lightly seared yellowtail with a chili-garlic relish, a dish regulars name as their favorite. The sushi bar finishes it by hand.
Salmon Carpaccio
Thin slices of salmon laid out with avocado over a pool of green sauce. Half sashimi, half small plate.
Eel & Avocado Roll
Smooth and velvety, the words a reviewer used. Eel sauce dotted down the plate. A house staple.
Chicken Teriyaki
Sliced and glazed, sesame and scallion, a small dressed salad alongside. The plate for the table that isn't all raw fish.
“Totoya is awesome. Chill vibe and nice atmosphere. We had the salmon lemon roll, calamari, the baked scallops roll, and chicken teriyaki. Highly recommend!”
