What the first session looks like.

Walk-through
Ian walks you through every cabin, every wavelength, and the membership protocol. Roughly fifteen minutes, no pressure.
- 02
Intake & screen
Disclose any medications, recent surgeries, or skin sensitivities. We dose the first session conservatively and adjust upward.
- 03
Twenty minutes in
Strip down to underwear or workout clothes. Eye protection on. Stand or lie down. The light does the work.
- 04
Stack a modality
Add a sauna or PEMF mat if you're booked for a stacked session. Most first visits run 45 to 60 minutes total.
