Hybrid carbon-panel infrared sauna with surface temperatures up to 200°F and the room capped at 150°F. Pair it with the booth or the PEMF mat in the same visit.

PEMF therapy is included with membership at all four studios. Programs run across 3 to 30 Hz, from deep recovery and sleep support at 3 Hz to pain relief at 15 to 20 Hz.

The room is built around four modalities in one membership: a stand-up red light booth with up to nine wavelengths at 219 mW/cm², a lay-down bed, a hybrid carbon infrared sauna, and a PEMF grounding mat. Members come and go on their own schedule. PEMF is included at no additional charge. Walk Ian through what you want from the protocol and he'll dose the first session.
