How often should I come? +

The studio is set up for repeat visits, which is why membership is unlimited and the door is open around the clock. Ian will walk through a cadence on your first visit based on what you want from the protocol.

Is there any heat in the red light booth? +

No. The stand-up booth is a non-thermal photonic protocol. It feels comfortable, like standing in front of a wall of soft red light. The infrared sauna is a separate cabin and is the only modality that uses heat.

Can I use the booth with skincare on? +

We ask members to come with clean, product-free skin so the light penetrates fully. The serum that goes on after a session absorbs better into post-light skin anyway.

What about pregnancy or medical conditions? +

Disclose any medical conditions before your first visit. Red and infrared light are generally safe and non-invasive but we screen for photosensitizing medications, recent surgical implants, and pregnancy as standard practice.

Why so many wavelengths? +

The Thera-RED site puts it plainly: more wavelengths, more variety. The panels emit up to nine bands from 480 nanometers in the visible range out to 1060 in the far-infrared, so a single session covers more of the spectrum than a single-wavelength device.
