Online and in-store handoffs
Review store location settings, pickup instructions and supported inventory links within the approved scope.
Staff access
Set up named users where supported and show the team how everyday tasks differ from owner-only actions.
Test the sale beyond the payment
A complete test may include scanning the item, applying the approved tax settings supplied by your adviser, issuing a receipt and checking the inventory change. If local pickup is offered, test which notification the customer receives and where staff find the order. Inventory data cleanup and tax advice are separate work.
Keep the store under your control
Your business should own the domain, commerce platform and payment accounts. We document the account owners, recovery routes and vendor contacts during handover. Payment processing approval and hardware compatibility remain subject to the vendors. Custom ecommerce development is separately scoped if standard features cannot support the intended workflow.
Shop cameras & smart devices
I can set up cameras, recording and phone access for your shop. Smart lighting, speakers and sensors can be included after checking equipment compatibility, power and mounting requirements.

Can you connect an existing Shopify store?
I can review your store and selected POS for supported connections. The quote defines configuration versus data migration or custom development.
Do you enter the entire product catalog?
Catalog entry, photography and product data cleanup are separate deliverables unless expressly included in the quote.
Where do you provide opening-day setup?
Coastal Growth Co. is based in Laguna Hills and serves Orange County. Work in Los Angeles and nearby areas is available by arrangement. Share your location and target date to confirm travel and availability.
