The SIAM Kitchen
Fresh. Authentic. Exquisite.
A Thai kitchen in Mission Viejo, committed to serving the community with good food and great service.
I · The Kitchen
A journey through house-made Thai flavors.
SIAM Thai Kitchen specializes in Thai cuisine in Mission Viejo. The plates come out the way Thai food should: rice noodles wok-tossed with shrimp and lime, coconut-milk curries finished with a swirl of cream and Thai basil, grilled beef sliced over greens with a bright, chili-flecked dip.
It is a small room on the corner, and the reviews keep calling it a hidden gem. One reviewer drove through on the way from San Diego to the Bay Area, walked in on a craving, and left writing that you could tell it was authentic Thai food. That is the whole intent: fresh, authentic, exquisite.
II · The Heat
Four ways to eat it.
One reviewer said it best: the coconut milk and the chilies balanced perfectly to enjoy both spectrums of flavor.
Every dish can be ordered mild, medium, spicy, or Thai spicy. Tell the kitchen where you like to live and they will take you there.
III · The Heat Levels
From gentle to Bangkok.
- 1
Mild
Gentle and aromatic. The herbs lead, the chili waits in the back.
- 2
Medium
A little warmth behind the lemongrass and lime. Most tables start here.
- 3
Spicy
Now you feel it. Coconut and palm sugar push back against real heat.
- 4
Thai Spicy
The way Bangkok eats it. Bird's-eye chili, no apology, water on standby.
IV · The Room & The Plates
One corner, one kitchen.

V · How we run it
Three things we hold to.
- 01
House-made, the Thai way
Curries built on coconut milk and palm sugar, salads pounded bright with lime and chili, noodles tossed hard in a hot wok. A journey through house-made Thai flavors, plated with an orchid.

Your heat, your call
Mild, medium, spicy, or Thai spicy. The kitchen meets you where you like to eat. The herbs lead at the bottom of the dial; bird's-eye chili waits at the top.
