The Pour Board
Twenty-two to thirty-two wines open by the glass and the half-glass, rotating every week, plus craft beer on tap. Hover a pour to read the note. Tonight's board lives on the chalkboard at the bar.
Whites & Bubbles
to open the evening, chilled
The first pour. Crisp, coastal, easy. From cooler-climate whites to a glass of something with bubbles, the way a tasting begins.
- Sauvignon Blanc California & the LoireCitrus, cut grass, a clean mineral finish. The brightest way in.
- Chardonnay CaliforniaFrom steel-tank crisp to barrel-rounded, depending on what is open. Stone fruit and a soft close.
- Pinot Grigio ItalyPear and white flower, light on its feet. The patio pour.
- Albarino SpainA little salt, a little peach. Almost made for the coast.
- Sparkling Iron Horse & friendsA fine bead and a toast. We keep bubbles open, not just for celebrations.
- Rose Provence & beyondDry, pale, strawberry-and-citrus. Warm-evening wine.
Reds by the Glass
the heart of the board
The reds we open to share. Old-world structure and new-world fruit, small producers next to the names you know. A wide variety, the way our regulars like it.
- Cabernet Sauvignon Napa ValleyDark fruit, fine tannin, a long oak finish. Caymus and friends live on this shelf.
- Pinot Noir California CoastCranberry, rose, forest floor. The red that drinks like the marine layer rolling in.
- Red Blend CaliforniaEasy, generous, built for a charcuterie board and a long conversation.
- Malbec ArgentinaPlum, violet, a velvet finish. Fearless with anything off the cheese plate.
- Tempranillo SpainLeather, red cherry, a sweet vanilla close. An import worth the trip.
- Sangiovese ItalyCherry, tobacco, dried herb. The everyday Italian, dressed up by the glass.
