The neighborhood coffee shop in Ladera Ranch. Open since 2014. We pull espresso for the early-shift crew, build a Turkey Club for the volleyball moms, and keep vegan toast on the board because everybody’s welcome.

Hi, I’m Lola.
I opened this little cafe in Ladera Ranch in 2014 because I wanted a place where the early crew, the after-school families, and everyone in between could sit down for ten minutes and feel taken care of.
We grind beans in the morning. We slice tomato for the Turkey Club to order. We keep a vegan side of the board because half my favorite regulars eat that way, and they shouldn’t have to ask twice for a great breakfast.
Some days it’s a construction crew pulling up at six, ordering four big drips and four breakfast wraps. Other days it’s a volleyball-tournament mom with her daughter, splitting the Club after a long Saturday at the gym.
Either way, you’re welcome here. Come hungry, come tired, come early, come late. The kettle’s on.

The construction crew rolls in at six for big drips and breakfast wraps before the job site. They know to skip the line if Roberto’s already at the espresso bar.
Volleyball-tournament parents fill the patio Saturday mornings, comparing brackets over lattes and the Turkey Club. Half the high-school JV team has been here in a jersey at some point.
And the vegans, who knew before everyone else that this was a place that actually took them seriously. The avocado toast and the tofu wrap aren’t an afterthought, they’re half the board.
