Leak detection
Free leak detection. We trace the leak before we open a wall, so the repair is the repair and nothing more. Water lines, gas lines, slab leaks, the lines you cannot see.
Slab leak repair
Slab leaks located and corrected. Where it makes sense we re-route the line instead of jackhammering the whole floor, and we walk you through the option before we start.
Re-pipe: PEX & copper
Whole-house re-pipes in PEX or copper. Clean runs, properly supported and insulated, pressure-tested before we close anything up. The repipe you only do once.
Water heaters
Water heater repair and installation, tank and tankless. We size it to the house, set it level, and connect it so the next plumber to look at it knows it was done right.
Garbage disposals
Disposal install and repair. Mounted tight, sealed clean, tested with the cabinet doors open so you see it run dry before we hand it back.
Drains & hydro jetting
Drains, main lines, sinks, tubs. Hydro jetting for the lines that keep backing up, with a camera inspection first so we clear the actual problem, not a guess.
Video camera inspection
We send a camera down the line and show you the screen. You see what we see, so the recommendation is something you can actually judge, not just take on faith.
Gas leaks & shut-off valves
Gas leak detection and repair, plus earthquake actuated gas shut-off valves. When the inspector finds a leak before re-light, this is the call that gets your service back on.
Whole-house filtration
Whole-house water filtration and Moen FLO automatic shut-off. Cleaner water at every tap, and a system that closes the main on its own the moment it senses a leak.
Sewer line repair
Sewer line repair and replacement. Spot repairs where we can, full replacement where we have to, and a straight answer about which one you actually need.
