If something happens overnight, go to the ER.
We're a daytime general practice. For after-hours emergencies, please go to your nearest 24-hour veterinary ER and call us first thing the next morning. We'll coordinate follow-up care.

What to expect.

Pretty simple. We don't rush exams and we don't run a stressed-out lobby. If you have questions before you arrive, you can call us at the number above or book through the website's appointment request form.

You walk in
Lobby is warm and welcoming, with a few chairs and a reception counter.

We check you in
We confirm your information, get the file started, and have a quick chat about why you're here.

Exam room
A technician takes weight and vitals, asks the warm-up questions, and gets the doctor up to speed.
- 04
Veterinarian
The doctor comes in, examines your pet, and walks you through what they're finding in plain English.
- 05
The plan
We discuss anything that needs follow-up and walk through the plan together before anything is scheduled.
What to bring
A short list.

None of this is required. If you forget, we'll figure it out together. But these are the things that make a first visit go faster and give us a better picture.
Birds
- ✓ A description of the cage and toys
- ✓ A current food sample (seeds, pellets, fresh foods)
- ✓ Recent droppings on a fresh paper liner, if possible
- ✓ Any photos of feather plucking or behavior changes
Rabbits, Ferrets, Guinea Pigs
- ✓ Your current hay and pellet brand
- ✓ A note on water intake and last bowel movement
- ✓ Any photos or video of unusual behavior
- ✓ A clean, secure carrier with a towel inside
Reptiles
- ✓ UVB bulb brand, age, and wattage
- ✓ Tank temperature gradient (warm side / cool side)
- ✓ Current diet and supplement schedule
- ✓ A secure transport container with a small towel
