our story

A small kitchen with a big idea.

We opened on Marguerite Parkway in November 2013 with one belief: an empanada done right is a perfect little meal. Flaky crust, real ingredients, fillings that taste like someone's mom made them.

Twelve years later we are still folding them by hand, still cooking to order, and still chasing hungry peeps around Southern California in the truck.
