The owner spent years designing Starbucks stores. When he opened Ocho he kept what mattered, an open kitchen, soft natural light, and real materials, and threw out the rest. Three tables, a few chairs, and a counter where you watch every drink and pastry made.
Croissants laminated daily. Cookies pulled every morning. Drinks built to order. No drive thru. No shortcuts.
